The same address is The Power House. Recovery sits here. Power Promotions puts fight cards, ceremonies, and private events in the hall and out on the patio. You do not have to be a member to rent the room. You do have to tell them what you are trying to do.

Recovery
Come down in the same place you trained.
Float, heat, and cold are part of the house. Members can add them to a private plan. Anyone can ask about booking a session.
Sauna
Heat after the work. Useful on its own, better when it is ten steps from the mat instead of a second drive.
Cold plunge
The short, honest version of recovery. Pair it with training, or book it because you already know you need it.
