Roy, Utah
Power Mixed Martial Arts is Sean Powers’ room. Twenty thousand square feet for striking, grappling, and coaching that actually watches you. When the round is over, the float, sauna, and cold plunge are in the same building. When the lights change, that floor becomes a fight night, a wedding, or a quinceañera.
The Power House
This is not a franchise with a script. It is a multipurpose house in Roy built to help you perform, recover, and be around people who are doing the same work.
Train MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and fitness in group class, or book a private hour around the way you actually live. Then use the float spa, sauna, and cold plunge without driving across town. The same address hosts combat sports, seminars, and private events through Power Promotions.
Athletes, families, and people who just want a clean place to get better share the floor. Sean is on it with them.
Three ways in
Pick the door you came for. Most people end up using more than one.

01 — Train
Group class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Muay Thai, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and MMA for first-timers and people who already fight. Privates when you want the hour to yourself.

02 — Recover
Float tanks, sauna, and cold plunge in the building. Add them to personal training or book recovery on its own.

03 — Gather
Fight cards, quinceañeras, weddings, company nights. Tell them the vision. They have the floor, the patio, and the crew.
“Martial arts is a way of life. It is one of the most honest things I have ever done in my entire life.”

The coach
Owner, coach, and a Bellator veteran who still gets on the mat with the room.
People who train here say the same thing: he watches each person, pushes the work, and keeps the ego out of it. Beginners and fighters share the class. Families show up. The posters on the wall are his, and so is the standard.
If you want to train, host something, or just see the building, call. He answers.

Sean has built something truly special with The Power House. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy, professionalism, and sense of community. He genuinely cares about every person who comes through the doors.
Sean takes the time to watch each student individually and train them the way they need. I have not found a better place for martial arts in Utah.
The facility is clean and he works with beginners and advanced fighters. The bonds you make here feel like family. Come give it a shot.
